Special Occasion Dresses

All of our special occasion dresses are cut to order. This means that the designer and factory cut and sew the dress after each order is placed. Due to special nature of these dresses, all sales are final and there are no returns or exchanges. Any requests for cancellations must be made within 48 hours of placing the order. Any defects with the dress should be submitted within 10 days of receipt and we will address any issue.

 

Immediates / In Stock - Seasonal and Special Occasion

Dresses that are in stock and not cut to order may be returned for any reason. We accept returns on all unworn, unwashed, unused with tags attached to garment. A request for a return must be made within 10 days of receipt. To request a return, please send an email to with your name, address, phone number and reason for a return. Upon approval of the return, we will send a return shipping label. A credit will be issued to the original form of payment after inspection of the return.

 

Please note that any shipping charges will be deducted from the credited amount, unless the shipper is at fault.
